We have a new system called Patient Triage which is easy and simple to use, with fewer questions.

Contact your GP for non-urgent queries and receive a response within 2 working days.

We are always trying to help you gain access to appointments, particularly over the telephone.

We want to ensure patients get the advice they need at the right time from the right person the first time they contact the surgery.
